Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded, non-compressive bra (or no bra). Keep the tape comfortably level without pulling tight.

WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, allowing the tape to rest gently against your body.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape remains level all the way around.
